Can I cancel my Reservation?

We understand that plans change and unexpected things happen. That’s why we allow our customers to make changes in their reservation at no additional cost if you notify us at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled transfer. For last-minute changes (less than 12 hours in advance), we’ll charge a fee, but will still make arrangements to offer you our service. For any change in your reservation, please call us at 011 (52) 624.142.14.00 and he’ll be happy to assist you.

Do you provide child car seats?

Absolutely. The safety of all our passengers, big and small, is our number one priority and we will provide the necessary equipment to ensure your comfort. It will help us serve you better if you specify the children’s ages at the time of making your reservation.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We constantly track your flight and will be aware of any delays, so don’t worry. Regardless of your arrival time, we will be there waiting for you.

How will I locate my driver?

We monitor and track your arriving flight and, upon arrival, our driver will meet you outside the terminal with your name on a sign. When you make a reservation, we will provide more specific information, depending on which terminal you arrive at.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay with paypal when booking online or with Visa and Mastercard through our Call Center.

What if I need a special service or handicap accessible vehicle?

Simply make a request when making your reservation and we will ensure that the appropriate vehicle will be there to accommodate your needs.
